专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a dispenser (additive) in accordance with the claims. Technical background In many contexts there is a need to mix a first substance with at least a second substance. When mixing two or more substances, there are a number of different problems. A problem when mixing substances exists, for example, in connection with mixing a flavoring additive to carbonated water, such as when using carbonated devices, such as being marketed under the trademark Sodastream (registered trademark). A problem with bottles containing carbonated water is because the carbon dioxide is released from the water in the bottle in connection with the bottle being opened. Especially a considerable amount of carbon dioxide is released in connection with flavorings, the carbonated water is added to the bottle. With existing procedures, the flavoring is added when the bottle is open (the cap is unscrewed). In order to reduce the gas losses in connection with mixing flavorings into bottles of carbonated water, there is thus a need for a device with which the mixing of the carbonated water takes place when the bottle is closed (the cap screwed on). There is another problem with mixing substances in many contexts where it is the company's wish to keep at least one first substance separate from at least a second substance before mixing them together. The reason for the ice retention of the substances may be that those mixed together lose some of the properties which the mixture acquires after a certain period of time. For example, there is such a need to mix a powder with water shoes. SA may, for example, be the case with mixtures of one liquid with another liquid. Kind technology Patent specification SE533289 describes a variant of an insulated container for storing and preparing beverages. The insulated container comprises a space for liquid and a space for tons of substance which are connected to each other via at least one poppet valve. Before use, keep the dry substance and liquid separate from each other. At the time of use of the mixture, the valve is opened and the dry substance and liquid are mixed. The construction differs in substantial extent from the construction in accordance with the present invention. The construction is more complicated than the construction according to the present patent application. Furthermore, the construction did not consist of an additive to a container such as a bottle or the like. Patent specification SE525739 describes a variant of a container with separate storage chambers. The container comprises a first part containing a main substance and a lid which abuts tat against the main part and an aerated means for encapsulating at least a second substance. The construction comprises a cutting portion which, when mixing the main substance and the other substance, is operated to cut the airtight member. The construction differs in substantial extent from the construction in accordance with the present invention. U.S. Pat. No. 5,853,111 describes a variant of a feeding device for liquid. The construction discloses one of the embodiments of the invention according to the present patent application. However, the function of the structure differs substantially from that of the present invention. For example, the construction is not specific and is intended to be used for carbonated beverages. U.S. Pat. No. 5,098,924 describes a process and device for preserving the carbon dioxide content of carbonated beverages in connection with consumption of the beverage. The construction differs to a significant extent from the construction of the present opening. Patent specification US5505345 describes a variant of a cork which is intended to reduce the gas emission in connection with a beverage forced out of a bottle provided with the cork. The construction differs in substantial extent from the construction in accordance with the present invention. U.S. Pat. No. 4,404,3435 discloses a variant of a liquid dispenser comprising a ball valve. The construction differs in substantial extent from the construction in accordance with the present invention. The main object of the present invention The main object of the present invention is to eliminate or reduce at least one of the above-mentioned problems. The spirit is achieved with a construction in accordance with the claims. Brief Description of Figures In the following detailed description of the present invention, references and references to Mande figures will be made. These figures are briefly described in the following list of figures. Figure 1A is shown in perspective obliquely from above, a first embodiment of the present patent application. Figure 1B shows the first embodiment seen from above. Figure 2 shows a second embodiment of an alternative variant of a gravity-controlled valve. Figure 3 shows a third embodiment of a second variant of a gravity controlled valve. Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to the figures, a dispenser (additive) 1 is shown for delivering at least one first substance to at least a second substance in connection with, for example, mixing the substances, in accordance with the present patent application. The dispenser 1 comprises at least one container 2 with at least one inner space 3. In the inner space 3 the first substance is stored before it is fed to the second substance. By first substance and second substance is meant (and is to be understood) both a substance and a mixture of substances. The shape of the container 2 can vary within the scope of the inventive concept. Although the container 2 in the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1 has a sleeve-like shape, it is thus conceivable that in alternative embodiments of the dispenser the container has a different shape suitable for the spirit. The container 2 preferably comprises at least one first opening 4 through which the first substance is intended to be supplied and / or carried out of the inner space 3. In the exemplary embodiment in figure 1, the container 2 comprises at least one first opening 4 through which substance is intended to is introduced into the inner space and at least a second opening through which the first substance and the second substance, respectively, can be introduced in and out in connection with mixing of the substances. The dispenser 1 is intended to be partially introduced into an opening in, for example, a bottle or some other type of container or similar suitable for the breath. In the exemplary embodiment, the first spirit 6 of the dispenser is preferably intended to be inserted into the bottle, 4 container or the like. The second spirit 7 of the dispenser 1 preferably comprises a connecting part (or abutment part) 8 which is intended to be connected to (abut) the material at the opening of the bottle (container) or the like. In the embodiment, the connecting part also has the technical function of this, which prevents the dispenser from being inserted into the container, the bottle or the like in its entirety. In the exemplary embodiment of the dispenser shown in the figures, it is, for example, intended to be connected to a bottle, such as, for example, a bottle suitable for carbonated equipment, such as equipment which is sold under the Sodastream brand. In the presence of a screw cap, the dispensing dimensions are Adana so that it can be partially inserted into the bottle and the screw cap can be screwed on with the dispenser connected to the bottle without any actual leakage. In the exemplary embodiment, the first spirit 6 of the dispenser 1 comprises a supporting structure 9, or surface, such as a foot on which the dispenser can be placed when it is not connected to the bottle, container or the like. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable for an alternative device to be used for holding the device in an upright position (for example in connection with filling of the first substance). In the first embodiment, the dispenser comprises at least one valve 10 which can be maneuvered between a tipped bearing and a closed bearing. In the embodiment shown, the valve is used to control whether the second opening 5 should be closed or open. The valve 10 comprises at least one valve set 11 and at least one valve body (valve means) 12. In the exemplary embodiment, the valve 10 is constituted by a variant of a gravity-controlled valve. In the exemplary first embodiment of the gravity controlled valve, this is a variant of a ball valve. The ball valve comprises at least one valve set 11 and also at least one ball 13. In the exemplary embodiment, the ball is maneuvered by gravity between a closed bearing and an open bearing. This is done by turning the device halfway and the ball is affected by gravity to move towards or away from the valve stem. In alternative embodiments, the valve may be another breathable lamp such as those shown in Figures 2 and 3 which are described later in this application. The valve 6 further comprises at least one holding device 14 for the ball 13 with which the valve body 12 can be temporarily held in a for the valve tipped bearing. In the exemplary embodiment, the holding device comprises at least one stop lug (stop or similar device) which restricts the movement of the valve member as well as the ball 13 in the longitudinal direction of the construction. The construction also comprises at least one clamp (temporary fixing device) 16 or the like with which the ball 13 can be temporarily fixed in the upper layer (the open layer of the valve). The construction entails that the ball is read in the upper layer if the bottle, container or the like is used, for example, in a half vary (with dispenser directed in the vertical direction downwards). The alternative may in alternative embodiments comprise several stop lugs 15 and several clamps 16, respectively. This is exemplified in Figure two of all the construction comprises three stop lugs 15 and three clamps 16, however. The valve 10 further comprises at least one first abutment surface 17 with which the construction is intended to abut against the opening of a bottle. The shape of the abutment surface 17 can vary to a large extent within the scope of the present inventive concept. The construction may also comprise a variant of a fixing device with which the device is temporarily fixed to a bottle or the like. The construction further comprises a number of openings 18 which in the mantle surface of the container which connect the inner space with the surroundings. These may be Open or alternatively be closed before mixing the first substance with the second substance. The closure can be done with at least one material layer or the like which closes at least one of the dispensing openings. The first material layer closes the first opening. The construction may also comprise at least one second layer of material with which a closure of at least a second opening in the dispenser can take place. At least one of the material layers may be of a material which is dissolved by the contents of the container. The construction may comprise a type of sealing seal or the like in order to prevent the material layer from being involuntarily dissolved and to constitute an indicator of whether any manipulation of the (with) Rir packing has taken place. In an alternative embodiment of the dispenser container, it comprises at least a first part, constituting a lower part in the direction of food in the bottle, and at least a second part constituting an upper part. In the exemplary embodiment, the first part and the second part are joined, for example by welding, gluing or by another joining method suitable for the purpose. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the additive here produces several parts in two. The ball valve ball 13 may preferably be made of stainless steel or the arm for the suitable lamp material food grade material. The ball 13 may in alternative 6 embodiments comprise at least one enclosing material layer. The enclosing material layer may, for example, be intended to improve the sealing function of the ball valve. The present construction may, for example, be made of a booklet or partially transparent material. In alternative embodiments, the structure may be made of a different material suitable for the spirit. The transparent material allows and facilitates dosing of one of the ingredients to be mixed together. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, alternative embodiments of the gravity controlled valve are shown. In this the valve comprises at least one valve set 11 and at least one valve member (body) 12 which is influenced by gravity to move from a tip to a rod bearing and vice versa. Figure 2 shows an alternative gravity-controlled valve which comprises valve means 12 which consist of a body 19 which is rotatably arranged about an axis of rotation 20. The valve means 12 (body) comprises at least one sealing surface which is intended to be tapped against the sealing surface of the valve set 11. In the exemplary manner, the valve comprises a body 19 with a shape reminiscent of a plate which is rotatably arranged about the axis of rotation 20. The figure shows the plate in the tip and closed length, respectively. In alternative embodiments, the body may be of a different shape from that shown in Figure 2 (however, rotatably mounted about the axis of rotation 20). Referring to Figure 3, a valve member 12 is shown which is constituted by a body which comprises at least one conical part 21, at least one shaft-shaped part 22 which projects between the conical part and at least one stop 23. The stop 23 may in its sole form be constituted by a part of the shaft-shaped part 22 (or a part connected to the shaft) with stone diameter in the valve hall. The valve comprises a conical valve portion 12 around the valve hall (bushing). The conical part 21 is located adjacent to the valve seat 11, the shaft-shaped part 22 projects through the tail to the stop 23 which is located on the other side of the valve (the tail). In alternative embodiments, the tank valve 11 is conceivable and the valve body 12 has a different shape suitable for the spirit. The dispenser can be used on a number of different salts. For example, the dispenser can be used through this stall on the support unit, after which substance is filled through the first opening into the inner space. After filling the inner space with the desired amount of substance, it is taken to the container and partially introduced into it. In the case of a bottle with a screw cap, the cap is screwed on with the connecting part of the dispenser connected between the screw cap and the material at the opening. Then the bottle with dispensation is turned half a van, whereby the ball of gravity is moved from a rod to an open layer. During the movement of the ball, this aft will come into engagement with the fixing device and be temporarily fixed to it. Then the bottle is maneuvered, for example, by using this water, or otherwise maneuvered, a required number of times. The dispenser is preferably left in the bottle until the mixtures are to be used. In alternative procedures, the dispenser can be removed immediately after mixing. After the dispenser has been taken out of the bottle, the ball valve can be restored by slamming the support base lightly into a substrate and releasing the ball of the movement (movement energy) from the fixing device. The construction further comprises at least one foot or other type of support surface on which the dispenser can be placed, for example in connection with filling of substance therein. In the detailed description of the present invention, construction details may be omitted which will be apparent to a person skilled in the art to which the device in question relates. Additional design details to the extent required for a proper function to be obtained for the present invention. Although certain preferred embodiments have been shown in more detail, variations and modifications of the method and apparatus may become apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. All such modifications and variations are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims. For example, it is conceivable that in the present invention other applications are used in the above. For example, it is conceivable that the construction is used in mixing chemicals and / or powdered substances in laboratory work and the like. Advantages of the Invention The present invention offers a number of advantages. Firstly, an improved dispenser is obtained which solves at least one of the technical problems mentioned in the background. For example, the device provides an improved ability to keep a first substance from a second substance before it is mixed together. 8
